4.1 Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one gm77 Account. Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
4.2 Accurate Information: Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update their Account details promptly if any information changes. gm77 reserves the right to verify all information provided at any time.
4.3 Account Use: A gm77 Account is personal to the registered Player. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or made available to any third party. Players must not allow any other person to use their Account credentials, place bets on their behalf, or access their Account for any purpose.
4.4 KYC Requirements: gm77 is committed to Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. gm77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. gm77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which gm77 accepts no responsibility.
6.2 WithdrawalsWithdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to additional review. Standard processing times are one to three business days for bank transfers and a few hours for mobile wallet withdrawals, subject to verification status.
6.3 Withdrawal RestrictionsWithdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements have been met, identity verification has been completed, and no active disputes or investigations are pending on the Account. gm77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gm77 Platform and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

13.3 gm77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit gm77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.1 Termination by Player: Players may close their gm77 Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, gm77 will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided no outstanding compliance reviews are pending.
14.2 Termination by gm77: gm77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; engagement in prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity; or where required by regulatory or legal obligation.
14.3 Upon termination of an Account for breach, gm77 may void any outstanding Bonus balances and winnings attributable to prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits not implicated in any breach will be returned to the Player in accordance with applicable regulations.
15.1 gm77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 16.4 Chargebacks: Players are required to use gm77's internal complaints and dispute resolution process before initiating any chargeback with their payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without exhausting internal resolution channels may be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gm77 holds its gaming licence.
